Renca is a mouse renal adenocarcinoma cell line derived from a spontaneous renal cortical adenocarcinoma in BALB/c mice(1). The model is suitable for efficacy and immuno-PD testing of surrogate and cross-reactive agents in vivo. At CrownBio, the Renca model is available as a subcutaneous model.
