Model Information:

JC is a cell line of the malignant neoplasm of the mouse mammary gland. It is an epithelial-like cell line established from a spontaneous primary mammary adenocarcinoma along the milk line(1). The model offers a suitable platform for the efficacy and PD evaluation of single and combination I/O agent therapies. At CrownBio, the JC model is offered as a subcutaneous model in the flank.
