RM-1

Model Information:

Synonym: RM1 RM-1 is a murine prostate cancer cell line derived from a Ras+Myc-induced prostate cancer that developed from a urogenital sinus mouse prostate reconstitution in male C57BL/6 mice(1). The model is suited for the efficacy and PD evaluation of immuno-oncology agents. At CrownBio, the RM-1 model is available as a subcutaneous model.
