Model Information:
This strain carries a conditional mutant Kras (KrasLSL-G12D/WT), a constitutive deletion of Trp53 (p53KO/KO) and a Cre driven by the promoter of Pdx1 gene. The mouse developed a severe pancreatic tumor and was near death at the age of 8 weeks.
