This strain carries conditional mutant Kras (KrasLSL-G12D/WT) and constitutive deletion of Trp53 (p53KO/KO). G12D mutant Kras was activated upon administrating adeno-cre to the lung by inhalation at 6 weeks of age, which resulted in thymic lymphoma 8 weeks later.
