Model Information:
This model was developed from a tumor in the thymus of a C57BL/6 mouse carrying KrasLSL-G12D/WT;p53KO/KO mutation after lung inhalation of adeno-cre. The mouse developed a lung tumor and a lymphoma in thymus about 6 weeks after the virus injection. Kras (G12D) mutation was not detected by RNAseq in this tumor.
