Model Information:
This strain carries a conditional mutant constitutive deletion of Trp53 and a conditional knock out of PTEN (PTENflox/flox). The mouse was injected with adeno-cre in the prostate at 6 weeks of age. The mouse unexpectedly developed lung cancer ~4 months after the virus administration instead of prostate cancer.
