MBT-2 is a mouse bladder transitional cell carcinoma cell line produced by the serial transplantation of a FANFT-induced tumor in mice. This cell line can be grown in C3H/He mice. MBT-2 is useful for the evaluation of efficacy and pharmacodynamic changes post immunotherapy treatment. At CrownBio, the MBT-2 in vivo model is available as a subcutaneous model.
