LL/2 is a murine cell line of Lewis lung carcinoma, established from a tumor on the lung of a C57BL mouse following an implantation of primary Lewis lung carcinoma(1). The model is well-suited for the study of novel anti-cancer therapeutics. At CrownBio, the LL/2 model is available as a subcutaneous model, a metatatic model, and a systemic (i.v. injected) model.
