L5178-R is a murine T cell lymphoma cell line established from a L5178 thymic lymphoma induced by methylcholanthrene in a DBA/2 mouse. The model is suitable for the evaluation of anti-cancer agent efficacy and PD effects. At CrownBio, the L5178-R model is available as both subcutaneous and systemic (i.v. injected) models in vivo.
