Adenocarcinoma of gastic cardia, ulcerative type, poorly differentiated, tumor mass: 6cm x 5cm x 2.5cm, invaded nerve plexus of gastric wall and adipose tissue external serosa. No visible malignant cells adjacent to superior stump. Severe acinar hyperplasia in inferior stump. Regional LN: lymphatic fusion were observed in lesser curvature and cardia. Metastatic tumor cell presented in the LN.
