Model Information:

Synonyms: B16/BL6, B16 BL6, B16BL6, B16BL-6, BL6, BL-6, B16-F10-BL6 B16-BL6 is a murine cell line of melanoma, which was derived from the B16-F10 model for its more tissue-invasive property (1). The model is useful for the efficacy and PD assessment of anti-cancer therapeutics. At CrownBio, the B16-BL6 model is available as subcutaneous and metastatic models.
