Integrative Multi-omics Characterization of Mouse Syngeneic Models

Syngeneic models are essential tools in immuno-oncology, but how well do we understand the molecular mechanisms driving immune response—or resistance—in these models?

This study integrates RNA-seq, proteomics, and phosphoproteomics across a panel of syngeneic tumor models to uncover:

  • Key molecular differences between ICI responders and non-responders

  • Immune landscape variations revealed by tumor purity scores

  • Potential biomarkers linked to immunotherapy resistance
