AACR-NCI-EORTC Poster A009: Imaging Systemic Hematologic Xenografts
Bioluminescent systemic xenograft models offer many advantages over conventional subcutaneous xenografts for hematological malignancy research and drug development. Systemic models recapitulate the disseminated progression of disease, and imaging allows real-time monitoring of disease progression and response to standard of care agents and cell therapies.

This poster details the generation of a panel of firefly luciferase (Luc) expressing hematologic xenograft models and presents initial tumor growth and treatment data.

Read this Poster to Discover:

  • A panel of systemic hematological bioluminescent xenograft models including Raji-Luc, Raji-PD-L1-Luc, Raji-Luc-CD19KO, Raji-Luc-CD22KO, Raji-Luc-CD19/22KO, MM.1S-Luc, Nalm6-Luc, MV4-11-Luc, MEC-1-Luc and CCRF-CEM-Luc.

  • How optical imaging of these models enables real-time longitudinal assessment of disease progression, to facilitate hematologic malignancy preclinical drug discovery.

  • That CD19 CAR-T cell therapy of the Raji-Luc model significantly reduces tumor burden
