New DAAP ALK Inhibitor Series Discovered

Anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that belongs to the insulin receptor superfamily. It was identified as an oncology drug target following the discovery of the oncogenic EML4-ALK fusion gene in around 5% of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients.
