AACR20 Poster 5963: Characterizing Preclinical Murine I/O Model Tumor-Immune Interactions
Cancer is a heterogeneous disease, which is highly related to the immune system. With the advance of immunotherapeutics, it’s important to fully understand interactions between cancer and immunity, to correctly predict which patients will respond to specific immuno-oncology (I/O) agents.

This also needs to be implemented across the range of murine models used as preclinical I/O study systems. NGS enables in-depth interrogation of the tumor-immune interactions at the gene expression and pathway levels, providing an efficient and robust method to systematically profile and characterize preclinical murine models.

This poster details the development of an I/O NGS panel to characterize murine model tumor-immune interactions for preclinical studies.

Watch this Poster to Discover:

  • A murine-I/O NGS panel with 1080 genes to efficiently and cost-effectively characterize tumor-immune interactions for preclinical studies

  • How this panel will provide enhanced insight into the tumor microenvironment with high-content data, with the potential to help understand response vs non-response to immunotherapy

  • The selection of the 1080 genes for the NGS panel, and the good consistency of gene expression in respective cell types within validation panels
