Placing Orders for Life Science Products:

Orders can also be placed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day via Fax 408-884-2339 or email products@crownbio.com. Orders can also be placed by phone Monday through Friday during normal business hours (excluding holidays) at 855-827-6968 (toll free US) or 408-550-2727. Please note that we are in the Pacific Time zone.

Methods of Payment: Crown Bioscience Inc. will accept purchase orders from recognized institutions. If you do not already have an account set-up with us please contact us and we will set-up your account.

All prices listed are in US dollars. Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice.

  • Copy of valid purchase order
  • Purchaser’s name and telephone number
  • End user’s name and telephone number
  • Shipping address
  • Billing address
  • Catalog number and product description
  • Size and quantity of product(s) desired

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for orders placed with a purchase order are net 30 days from date of shipment. An invoice will be sent by regular mail or email within 48 hours of shipment.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped FCA Inco 2010 terms. Shipping and handling charges are added to your invoice. For shipments within the US, orders are usually shipped via Federal Express (FedEx). Shipping carrier may vary for international orders.

We attempt to ship out available inventory within 24 hours of receiving your order. US orders are shipped Monday through Thursday for overnight delivery. International shipping times will vary. At the time of order we will provide shipping and delivery estimates based on the availability of the items and your chosen shipping option. Applicable shipping and handling fees will also be provided at the time of order.

In cases where all items on your order are not available you may choose to receive available partial shipment for the items or wait for all products to become available before shipment. Partial shipments may be subject to additional delivery fees.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders for catalog products may be cancelled at no charge provided that the notice of cancellation is received before the order is shipped. 

RETURNS

To return an improper or incorrectly received product, please call our customer service department within 72 hours of receipt of the order. A return merchandise authorization form must be filled out to obtain return authorization before a replacement can be shipped out. Some products may not be eligible for return due to regulatory or storage requirements. Crown Bioscience Inc., will not accept any returns due to customer ordering error. Items damaged during shipment should be brought to the attention of the carrier; our customer service department can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Custom, bulk, or special order cannot be returned. Refunds or product credits shall not be issued if a past due balance is outstanding on your account.

CATALOG PRODUCT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CrownBio Products are intended for research use only and are not to be used for diagnostic or human use. CrownBio Products are intended to be used by the purchasing party and shall not be resold, modified for resale, or used to manufacture commercial products without the prior written consent of Crown Bioscience Inc. If you wish to obtain rights for any other use of the products, please contact CrownBio at products@crownbio.com.

Unless otherwise stated on the product inserts, no license to any proprietary and intellectual property rights is either granted or implied by the sale of any of CrownBio products.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

CrownBio products are warranted to meet the product specifications as described on the product insert that is shipped with the products. Notice of non-conforming products should be made to CrownBio within 21 days of receipt of the product. If after inspection CrownBio is able to confirm that the product is non-conforming or defective CrownBio may replace or refund the value of the products at CrownBio’s sole discretion. CrownBio disclaims any and all express and implied or statutory warranties, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of any third party intellectual property rights except for the express warranties contained herein. CrownBio’s liability to any user of CrownBio products for damages of any kind, if it is at no fault of the user, will be limited to replacement or refund for the value of the product(s) only, and in no event shall the liability of CrownBio exceed the actual amount paid for the product(s). CrownBio shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. CrownBio disclaims any and all responsibility for any injury or damage which may be caused by the fault of the user or the buyer.

Acceptance and use of the products constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions herein. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions herein, you shall promptly return the unused CrownBio products received in the original package in which they were received.
