As the first therapy for nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) closes in on approval, further single agent and combination therapy development is extensively ongoing. To improve this development, enhanced preclinical models are needed which better replicate all aspects of human NASH, and improve translation of novel agents to the clinic.

The symposium will bring together NASH R&D and preclinical teams from pharmaceutical and biotech companies to facilitate cross discipline discussions on current techniques, and how to move forward with future approaches.
