Join CrownBio during our European Seminar Series this March. Each interactive Seminar will focus on advancing oncology drug discovery through the use of patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models, both in Mouse Clinical Trials and with humanised mice.
We will also take time to discuss the innovative immuno-oncology platforms which CrownBio has developed to assist progression of candidate compounds.

Improved preclinical methods are required to predict response to oncology agents, and reduce overly high clinical trial attrition rates. Patient-derived xenografts (PDX) provide a model which closely recapitulates human disease, and which can be used in Mouse Clinical Trials to predict responders before you enter the clinic. Combining PDX with humanised mice also makes this translational platform highly relevant for progressing immuno-oncology agents.
Our relaxed event provides a chance to ask any oncology and immuno-oncology questions related to your studies and network with peers, as well as watch a presentation from Dr. Ludovic Bourré, Director of Scientific Engagement.
Each Seminar will include a 1 hour presentation ‘Mouse Clinical Trials and Humanised PDX to Advance Oncology Drug Discovery’, with ample time available for networking and Q&A accompanied by refreshments.
