ELISA was performed using coated CD276 antigen (0.1ug per well) and CD276 antibody (CB21), Catalog # C0025.
PD-L2 is involved in the costimulatory signal, essential for T-cell proliferation and IFNG production in a PDCD1-independent manner. Interaction with PDCD1 inhibits T-cell proliferation by blocking cell cycle progression and cytokine production.
This PD-L2 antibody was developed from mouse immunization, and expressed in suspension culture of mouse hybridoma clone CB24.
