CD276 (B7H3) belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily, and is thought to participate in the regulation of T-cell-mediated immune response. Studies show that while the transcript of this gene is ubiquitously expressed in normal tissues and solid tumors, the protein is preferentially expressed only in tumor tissues. Additionally, it was observed that the 3' UTR of this transcript contains a target site for miR29 microRNA, and there is an inverse correlation between the expression of this protein and miR29 levels, suggesting regulation of expression of this gene product by miR29. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

This CD276 antibody was developed from mouse immunization, and expressed in suspension culture of mouse hybridoma clone CB21.



ELISA was performed using coated CD276 antigen (0.1ug per well) and CD276 antibody (CB21), Catalog # C0025.

FACS analysis of 5ug/mL CD27 antibody (CB18), Catalog # C0022, binding to CD27 cell line (3 x 105 cells per well, Catalog # C2027). Mouse IgG1, kappa isotype control (Catalog # C0005) was used as negative control.
