CD27 Antibody (CB19)

Catalog # C0023

CD27 is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor is required for generation and long-term maintenance of T cell immunity. It binds to ligand CD70, and plays a key role in regulating B-cell activation and immunoglobulin synthesis. This receptor transduces signals that lead to the activation of NF-kappaB and MAPK8/JNK.

This CD27 antibody was developed from mouse immunization, and expressed in suspension culture of mouse hybridoma clone CB19.

ELISA was performed using coated CD27 antigen (0.1ug per well) and CD27 antibody (CB19), Catalog # C0023.

FACS analysis of 5ug/mL CD27 antibody (CB19), Catalog # C0023, binding to CD27 cell line (3 x 105 cells per well, Catalog # C2027). Mouse IgG1, kappa isotype control (Catalog # C0005) was used as negative control.

Western blot analysis of 0.1 ug CD27 ECD-hFC recombinant protein and CD27 lysate from CD27 cell line (Catalog # C2027), using 1ug/mL CD27 antibody (CB19), Catalog # C0023.
