Cell Based Assays

XenoSelect Panel™ in vitro screening

XenoSelect PanelTM consists of 40+ cancer cell lines commonly used for in vitro drug activity screening, which serves as the first step to profile compound activity in vitro. For each cell line in the XenoSelect PanelTM, we have a matched validated tumor models for later stage in-vivo pharmacology studies, thus significantly reducing the lead time from cell based assay to in-vivo pharmacology.

PrimePanel ™ in vitro screening

Prime Panel is designed to understand comprehensive drug response profile within a specific cancer type. Each Prime Panel consists of cancer cell lines from the same tissue histology, including both ATCC/DSMZ cell lines and primary cancer cell lines derived from our in-house HuPrimeTM platform.
