We have developed a proprietary antibody phage display system to generate high quality and fully human monoclonal antibodies. Compared with other leading antibody libraries, the HuPhageTM library has several distinct advantages:
- Bone marrow samples are collected from Asian donors who may have a different VDJ repertoire from Caucasian donors
- An additional VDJ reshuffling step generates novel antibody diversity and greatly increases the diversity pool
- Stringent construction procedures ensure a high percentage of functional clones in the library and significantly reduce contamination by non-functional phage in the panning process
