Angiogenesis model
Anti-angiogenesis is an active area for anti-cancer drug development. However, many angiogenesis assays are limited to single time point analysis, and cannot offer longitudal study of angiogenesis within the same animal.
CrownBio offers two in vivo angiogensis models:- Matrigel plug assay
- Window Chamber model
Compared to other assay formats, Window chamber offers:
- Direct visualization of tumor vascular in vivo
- Real time monitor of vasculature growth on mice
- Longitudal study of drug effect on angiogenesis on the same animal
- Real time monitor of drug release in vivo
Besides angiogenesis, Window Chamber technology can also be used in a wide range of applications, such as drug delivery, cell trafficking and migration. We will also work with our customers to develop custom solutions to suit specific research needs.
